Spiral Design Studio Commissioned for Syracuse Mirror Awards
Albany creative firm brands inaugural media event
Honoring “the best in media industry reporting,” the first annual Mirror Awards were presented by The S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University at New York City’s W Hotel in June. Albany creative firm Spiral Design Studio branded the sold-out gala and designed all marketing collateral for the event that attracted the industry’s top networks, executives and journalists.  Unique to the Mirror Awards is its introspective, industry-specific focus: outstanding media coverage of the media. Inspired by Newhouse’s innovation and the ongoing evolution of the media industry, Spiral Design created a contemporary logo and stylized marketing materials to reflect the progressive first-time event, including event invitations, website, advertising, signage, and award art.
