Spiral Design Launches New Identity for Troy Savings Bank Music Hall
As part of a revitalization plan, the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall contracts Spiral Design Studio of Cohoes to design its new logo and enhance its corporate brand.
The Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, a National Historic Landmark, opened its doors in 1875, and has hosted performances by numerous world-renowned artists.
Troy Savings Bank Music Hall’s staff and board of directors worked closely with Spiral Design to create a modern corporate identity while maintaining the history and architecture that helps define the Hall.
Focus groups comprised of patrons, residents and staff were given opportunity to voice ideas and feedback, which ultimately led to the fresh new mark that will be used on all future marketing endeavors — from signage and street banners to event tickets and beyond.
"We're excited to be involved in this important branding project for such an historic and valuable institution of our arts community," said Robert Clancy, managing partner of Spiral Design Studio. "The new logo is modern but reflects the Music Hall's impressive architecture. This typifies the organization's balance of classic with contemporary in its approach to arts and entertainment, in general."
