M3, a talent acquisition company, had an outdated website within a WordPress framework that they wanted to keep. Our challenge was to redesign and update the site, retain their WordPress framework and implement a better user interface for updates as well as connect the site to HubSpot to monitor their online marketing campaigns. This redesign also needed to consolidate and simplify service offerings, highlighting what sets them apart from the competition in a saturated market.
To tackle this website we developed a simple, clean, and organized architecture for the site that could easily be managed by the M3 team.
We advised on how to connect forms using software like HubSpot, how to use the blog section as a resource for publishing learning pieces, and how to utilize statistics through the site to validate and highlight the need for effective talent acquisition management.
