Seeking to elevate their brand and capture their diverse test and balance contracting work into a cohesive understandable system, Mechanical Testing, Inc.’s refreshed brand identity had to be flexible like their business.
MTI’s three core business services needed a presence in the branding as well. Consisting of HVAC Testing & Balancing, Fire Life Safety Testing and Drone Solutions & Inspections, icons were created to represent each.
The icons were designed in such a way that they could be used both in conjunction with the MTI logo and separately as stand-alone marks to promote the individual services of the company.
Expanding their business beyond Upstate New York and the Northeast, MTI purchased St. Louis, Missouri commissioning company SENCO Services Corporation. Wishing to keep to name to not disrupt their current customer base, MTI asked Spiral to develop a new logo that fell in line with the established MTI branding yet still stands alone on its own.
The new brand identity was carried over to a comprehensive new suite of stationery and marketing materials including detailed service brochures, informational workflow sheets, both print and digital ads and tradeshow banners.
With a unified system in place to communicate their diverse services, MTI engaged Spiral again to bring that cohesion to a completely revamped and modernized website to market their services and products in a way that suited their varied and custom solutions.
With special attention paid to highlighting the industries MTI serves, each service section of the website was designed in a way to guide potential customers through MTI’s process and provide important information to help inform their decision-making.
