New York State LECET (LABORERS-EMPLOYERS COOPERATION AND EDUCATION TRUST) is a labor-management partnership between affiliated LIUNA (Laborers' International Union of North America) Laborers’ locals and its signatory contractors. Working together to strengthen their collective position in the construction market, LECET provides one-stop shopping for innovative marketing and advertising strategies, government agency relationships, market-related legislation and regulatory initiatives, community and business alliances, and a variety of unique job tracking services.
Having an established and recognizable brand, LECET sought to elevate their marketing through updated promotional materials and advertising campaigns including member-focused badges and wearables that would instill Union pride.
A bold and message-centric advertising system was created to promote a no-nonsense career in construction. Applications include digital banner ads, printed magazine and program ads, digital and printed billboards, job site banners, as well as outfield signs for the Syracuse Mets.
