SST initially approached Spiral for a new parts catalog website but quickly realized the need for an updated brand identity after our consultation. SST’s primary website goal was to catalog their thousands of uniquely engineered parts and custom solutions while creating an easy experience for their customers.
SST’s old logo did not reflect the precise and technologically advanced manufacturing that they are known for. With the logo refresh, Spiral maintained the core concept of the previous logo and focused on streamlining the letterforms, adding fluidity to reflect the adaptable nature of SST’s custom manufacturing processes.
Spiral designed a full suite of stationery materials including business cards, letterhead and envelopes in addition to a PowerPoint template and trade show display showcasing their custom capabilities.
The previous website was an inconvenience to update and navigate, therefore focus was given to product categorization and organization. With many differentiating product factors, attention was made to highlight individual specs and showcase the skillfully engineered parts through large, detailed product renderings.
Following the brand refresh and website update, SST found the need for a corporate overview video to convey the complexity and custom nature of their unique solutions. Spiral provided on-site creative direction and planning to develop a succinct video that serves not only as a sales tool but also as a recruiting video that showcases SST’s collaborative work environment.

With how SST has grown, it is important that our presence in the marketplace reflects our identity and that our website is customer-friendly and easy to find.
